Bob,

I thought about this, and then I actually took time to look at the
Construction. The way I interpret the Constitution, Board Members must
live in Oklahoma. But, just in case I am wrong, and sometimes that
happens, the directors are required to live in one of the 4 parts of the
State as divided by I-40 and I-35. There is also a director from the OKC
area.

I was putting out feelers to see if anyone wanted to "volunteer" before
I started searching for a "new one"

An E-Mail came in to the list from John out in Borger, Tx.

I said it would be OK for him to be a Director of the OKDXA.

Never heard anything and never got the E-Mail back to me. Trying again.
