Addressing a not-terribly-unreasonable concern about competitive operating
on the WARC bands, the WARC bands are considered a refuge by many from the
intense band loading during regular contests.  I would be flattering myself
excessively if I thought that the QRP WARC-Speed Challenge could generate
the amount of activity of contest - after an initial pulse of action, I'm
sure that the overall impact will be slight.  In fact, a garden-variety
DXpedition of the sort that occurs every week will no doubt be much more
disruptive.

However...we should remember that just because there's a new activity, that
isn't a license or excuse to be a butt-head.  This activity will be going on
for a year, not a weekend.  Have fun and be good neighbors.
