[OKDXA] SASE'S ???

Bill, Dave,
I'll get something on the OKQP page encouraging people to send SASE's however
I don't know that there'll be that many people visiting the page after the 
fact.
This would probably be something we'd want to implement on the page leading 
up
to the OKQP next year and beyond.
