Hi Bill Thanks for the email. Yes, William is still there but he is not allowed to operate from the field outposts.  He cannot say why but I assume it is because of the imminent war and  Sudan being high on the bad guy list. He should be back in Khartoum soon but if war breaks out in Iraq I think he will be quiet.
