[OKDXA] ST Update

This came over the internet from OPDX Bulletin.

ST, SUDAN (Operation Cancelled!). Gerben, PA5NT, informs OPDX that his
March 16th trip to the Sudan has been cancelled (no details provided);
thus there will be no ST2X activity this time. He did mention; however,
that the ST2X QSL cards (for his past operation) are expected to arrive
soon from the printer
