Greetings OKDXA members,

Hope this post finds everyone well.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the OKDXA meeting will not be held
at Ham Holiday this year. 2003 elections will be delayed until the Fall
Banquet in October. This years banquet will be in the OKC area.

Yes, the constitution declares elections will be held at Ham Holiday. This
is simply a delaying of the elections for this year on an emergency
basis-for lack of a better word. Rest assured the Officers/Board Members
take the constitution very seriously.  This action simply could not be
avoided this year. A full explanation will be offered-in person-at the
banquet. Hope you can attend. Full banquet details will be forthcoming as
they develop.

Thanks to all of you for your understanding. Hope to see some of you this
weekend at HamCom.
