Hi Coy,

Thanks for the info.  Is there a list of countries that forbid their 
citizens holding foreign currency?  I don't mind sending green stamps if 
needed.  QSLing is always the big time sink, but it's an interesting 
challenge and part of the DX awards process. If I'm persistent, I may even 
make the Honor Roll some day :)
