[OKDXA] ARRL WAS card checking

Ok Jim.  I know what OMISS requires for WAS card checkers.  What does
one do to be an ARRL card checker.  And once I have my OMISS WAS, can I also
get
ARRL WAS too?  What besides the cards do I need to bring?
