Jim,

I'm sure what you received was computer generated. No red tape, no people
involved, minimum cost to the government all done at your expense.

Subject: [OKDXA] Address change?

Hello Fellows.

When attempting to change my address, went to the ARRL web site and ziped
off a copy of a form 605.

After filling it out and checking the Change my address to above address,
sent it to the good ol FCC.

Three weeks later I got it back, Guess what came to my new address. How cool
is that?

However after opening the letter, Notice Of Immedate Application Dismissal.

This was written on a computer generated letter head from the FCC.
Their problem is that a VEC should have sent them the form 605.

Seems to me that if Mr.or Mrs. Red Tape could have spent less time and
money, entering my new address into the system, rather than doing this.

Any ideas?
