Jim,
You can do it through the W5YI website. I think if you go to QRZ.com and
pull up your address and ask to change it, you will get directions. They do
charge a fee, less than $10 as I recall, but it is pretty painless and works
within a week. I think you get some confirmations along the way or you can
check the status or something like that.
