Ross:
I spoke with Randy at length yesterday. He's preparing samples to forward me of his incoming data files and his consolidated file that runs behind the cgi query script he wrote. Per his words, he and the MDXA are prepared to carry on helping us as long as needed. As soon as I have the new PO Box number (tomorrow) he will alter the web pages to reflect logo, new buro address etc. It can "overnight" appear with the OKDXA. The website facility can stay in place until we have something to hold the pages. Can't ask for much more than that. 90 days 180 days whatever per Randy - although I'd prefer to relieve him and the MDXA as soon as feasible. It's good to know we can put that on the back burner until the primary bureau activities are running smooth.
As far as your clients - you ought to get them to pay somehing. I usually don't volunteer my services to money making businesses Hi. I would volunteer some time to help you develop a fee structure if you like. You know X$ per hour kind of thing plus expenses.
Onward,
K5YAA
