[OKDXA] A suggestion

A chum of mine ordered this antenna from a missionary who lived in Africa,
he had made some repairs to it before returning stateside.
I have had it two years and never got it up (don't go their) all of the
parts seem to be here but one of the elements that protrude out from the
trap is simply missing.
I will deliver it to whom ever is willing to give it the once over.
