Thanks to everyone who offered ideas and inspiration. Especially Jay, W5JAY.
That is the kid of Elmering we all need now and then. Thanks Jay Bob! What I
have up now is just about what you described, to a T. I can only absorb so
much by reading, then it needs some one on one re-inforcement.

I promise not to bug you all with every new country I get on 160, honest.
But dang, it sure is cool to scrape and dig through the noise and finally
hear your call come back. If I'm lucky, and the ice storms leave the antenna
alone, maybe there will be a few new ones over the CQWW weekend.
