Tnx Bob for figuring out what I did wrong..........
I think this is important. Some members of Congress are attempting to write 
legislation requiring the FCC to adopt and enforce provisions of the CCC&R 
that they have been unwilling to do. An e/m to your Congressman (or woman) 
would at least have the impact of impressing them with the interest, concern, 
and solidarity of the amateur radio community on this issue.
