OK let's try this again. It seems the mailbox didn't let the forwarded part of my message get by. Below is what Kris asked concerning getting back on the air.

I am a licensed no-code tech (KC5LJK) in OKC and need some help. I have
decided to get back into the hobby after 5 years being away. I have
become very dis-heartened with what I see in OKC as far as HAM help,
web-sites or even traffic. (I may not be looking in the right places).
I have some very simple experiments and things I want to do, but have
not been able to find answers. Maybe you can point me to the right
sources. I want to be able to set up a Packet BBS in OKC, plus be able
to play with PSK-31, AMTOR, RTTY and other DSP activities. I am willing
to invest a fair amount of money in the appropriate equipment, but I
have one BIG problem. I can't put up an antenae due to Home Owner
rules. Can you tell me anything about Packet or other activities in
OKC? What bands are the activities on? etc... Thank you!
