For Ross K5RH and others that might want to code up  their own log lines from logging methods other than from the logging programs listed on the QSO Party sheet.

The Cabrillo record format is one way to output lines and has a good description at:

See the QSO template for the ARRL & CQ, Stew Perry Contest and AP Sprint.  Exact freq not needed.  21000 14000 7000 is fine.
