[OKDXA] meeting

Greetings,

Enjoyed seeing everyone at the OKDXA meeting today. It was a
scream...literally. We were parked in the corner of the hamfest in an open
area, and had to speak at the top of our voices all through the meeting. I
hope to never again repeat this process. We will have to rethink our meeting
procedures.

Some of the highlights were: OKDXA Banquet on Oct 19th at Bristow. Jim/N5PMP
and Mark/K5DLL were confirmed as continuing their respective terms for two
more years. (Thanks,Guys)
Choctaw meeting on Sept 14th. There were several changes made for the 2003
OKQSO Party. Will inform you when the changes are posted to the web
sit-please gimme a few days on this. Some discussion on the newsletter. Clif
& Ross done a considerable amout of DXCC card checking at the OKDXA tables.

We also signed up one new member. Claude/KD5RQ of Lawton. Welcome
aboard,Claude.
