FYI. Their is a Fellow ham that will be operating from the Marshall Islands, for the next week or two. I found him 14.260 At 05:00 UTC. 15 July 02.  He is Don V73RX. He was not much above the QRN. Good luck and good DX.     Jim.    AD5KD
