Excerpt from Ohio/Penn DX Bulletin # 549 Feb 10 follows:

This info was released a week ago but no
mention of when he left or when he will
return.  P5/4L4FN Ed  likes 21.225 around
12-1300Z, sometimes on 20 SSB.  Telnet into
206.230.53.179 and do         sh/dx/20 P5/4L4FN for
history and spot records. Or try the web page
listed in the excerpt below. It's worth mentioning
there has been no mention of his having received
a written confirmation or any semblance of a
license from the P5 Government.  The multitudes
of operators for a "Training Session" comes up
in March. Ducie also coming up in March.  Stay

the air for approximately 2 weeks while on an inspection tour of the World
