[OKDXA] Cluster Update

Greetings,

Just a note to inform any cluster users that I have updated
the software to 4.3.11 this morning and posted the newest
user manual for viewing or download. There are a few new
commands included in the filters & commands sections. If
downloading, open the "ArcUserManual.htm" for the home
page after unzipping it.

I have turned off the keep-alive function, as it was causing
some strange behavior in some telnet clients. If you are
having any trouble staying connected, look for this function
or option in your telnet client and enable it on your end.
