I ran across what I thought was a hard-to-find item recently in the electrical aisle at Lowe's... CRC 2-26 'Lubricant with electrical properties'. Talk about an understatement... This a combo cleaner / lube / anti-oxidant that works extremely well on scratchy potentiometers and rotary switches. Look for the spray can with the red label.
