[OKDXA] DX telnet cluster

Hi OKDXA,
I meant to announce this to the group a couple weeks ago, but Randy, KG5NE,
says everyone in OKDXA is more than welcome to telnet into his cluster.  You
can telnet to him at:  kg5ne.no-ip.com

Years ago WC5I and I spent a ton of money the RF port side of this cluster.
Randy has since picked up all the slack on it, software, callbooks, etc.
Donations are welcome, but not required!  Randy would just love to see more
users.  Please give it a try, yes I know it is in Arkansas.  But not by
much!  :-)

Unlike Mr. Clifton I have made nearly all my DX contacts using DX clusters.
But I also don't have Clif's overall total, hihi.  :-)
