[OKDXA] OKDXA Bureau Website

OKDXA Members:

The new bureau website at http://www.okdxa.org/buro is ready for use and 
will be the sole site for bureau business after I have Randy W5UE redirect 
traffic from the facilities at the MDXA.  A new query has been added which 
allows users to determine what has been received at Bureau Hdqtrs in 
Claremore.  The photo page has been reorganized into 3 separate pages 
(thanks to Coy for the suggestion).  A link to the OKDXA website has also 
been added to the site.  The guestbook facility has been turned on and 
comments in Randy's guestbook have been transferred to it.  Other items 
have been updated so we are ready to go.

As you get an opportunity, give the new site a look and give me some 
feedback.  Ideas and suggestions are welcome.
