Bill is right. My neighborhood post office doesn't have them. I have to go
to the downtown Tulsa post office to get them. Wister can get them if you
ask. Jim/N5PMP & Tom/KB5HMZ has the Kellyville Post Office order them for
them. You must have the postmaster date stamp (some call it round stamp) the
lower left hand corner when issued. I have noticed younger folks at the post
office don't know this simply because they haven't handled many IRC's.

Logbook of the World is the thing the ARRL is working on to accept all QSL's
electronically. These will be accepted for DXCC,etc. We are looking at a few
months at least, I assume before implementation. Maybe someone has an update
on this & can post it for us.
