Probably a dirty switching power supply.
You might try ferrite beads/transformer(from Radio Shack) close to the
power supply.  If that doesn't work you'll need to find a linear power
supply

I've finally been able to determine that the S7 noise level on 10m&12m is
eminating from my laptop and it's transformer pwr supply. So loud I can't
hear the frogs here at Lovely Lake Wister.
Any ideas for a cure  ???
