Hi All,

I've reserved 2 tables (D008 & D009) on behalf of the Club at the upcoming BVARC Hamfest for this Saturday March 2nd from 8am-ish onwards.

If you have gear you wish to sell on consignment, please do the following:-

1) Place a sticky label underneath each piece with your Callsign/Name & Phone #.

2) Place another sticky label on the top or front of each piece with your asking price. 

3) Email me at morgancreek@gmail.com with pix & description of what you wish to sell - and your phone number. Also, please indicate on the label whether the item is working or for parts only.

4) I'll call you to arrange for delivery to the dropoff point (my QTH TX77007) which will need to happen this Thursday or Friday. (I already have pix from Alan KB2WF)

5) Unsold items (& any cash received for sold pieces) will be available at my QTH from Monday onwards - again, I'll call you to arrange collection/payment. 

6) Please consider donating a percentage of monies received @Hamfest to the Club. 

7) I could do with a couple of volunteers to help load/unload and man the tables - pls email me at morgancreek@gmail.com or call me @ 713-201-7505 asap!
