Changes:
HF Winlink RMS gateway KB5HCD will become N5TRS
VHF gateway (145.090 MHz) KB5HCD-10 will become N5TRS-12
UHF gateway (446.150 MHz) KB5HCD-11 will become N5TRS-13

Note: VHF/UHF gateways N5TRS-10/N5TRS-11 (145.090/446.150) will remain in operation.

A reminder to always update the 'Channel Selection table' in the Winlink session for the current gateway information.
