I am greatly saddened by this news. Honestly I did not know Paul that well but I respected his knowledge and quiet disposition.

He shared his knowledge and equipment at club events over the years.

All, it is with great sadness that I notify you of the unexpected and tragic death of Paul Rubin MD, N8NOV on Friday March 3. Paul was a regular member of OFARC, ECHO and BVARC and Red Cross. Paul was a great friend and we will miss him. Hopefully he will find the peace in the next life that was difficult to find in this one. Final arrangements have not been set. Will keep you informed.
