Subject: Brazos Bend state Park Burn Ban

Greetings from Brazos Bend State Park,

We’re reaching out to you in regards to your up-coming reservation to camp at Brazos Bend State Park.

Fort Bend County has issued a Burn Ban and this will impact Brazos Bend.

The burn ban will limit the use of any ash producing fires (such as wood and charcoal fires) while the burn ban is in effect. You will be allowed to use canister sources, such as propane, to assist with grilling, but we’ll ask that you refrain from wood and charcoal until the ban has been lifted.

Thank you for your understanding and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact Park Headquarters (979-553-5101 x 0).

Best regards,
