My father, Eugen Bolborici YO7BEN, wrote a pretty comprehensive book in Fox Hunting in 1984. I am attaching a scanned copy of the book here. Unfortunately, the scanning is not of a very good quality and it is in Romanian but it will give you an idea of what it is about.
