[OFARC] Rusty (WD8JJR) was using echolink 5551 via my iPhone until 8:30PM

The KA5QDG-L node got caught by the Windows update during the end of the
net; restarted; have reset to manual updates (darn updates take forever!)

Sorry about the disruption and the KA5QDG-L Echolink node is back up.
