[OFARC] Band Plan for the UK

[KG5IRR]

I recently joined RSGB mainly for access to their publications.  After
completing my registration, I downloaded the UK band plan just out of
curiosity and found it to be extremely detailed.   I was particularly
curious about the 4m band, that we do not enjoy here in the states.
