The South Coast link system has taken over some of the old Salt Grass repeaters.
Please update the PL tones to 100.0

I noticed that the old Salt Grass link repeaters have been moved and reactivated under new call sign WA5AIR
the PL tones have changed too, so the programming file needs to be updated to reflect the South Coast link system.

Not time critical, we can just let people know so they can program the one or two they may want to use.
