 NOTICE: We survived Beryl!!!

We will have our Hamfest this Saturday, so please come

join us as you have planned. The Convention Center

Confirmed all is good at the facility and we are going

ahead as planned.

Due to increased Facility Booking costs, we

have had to adjust and increase our Table fees and

Admission Fees. We apologize for any inconveniences

for this, but it is unavoidable. New this year, We are

offering an Electronic Online Reservation System and

Payment along with the traditional mail in registration 

if you choose.

Tidelands Amateur Radio Society is gearing up once again and inviting you to attend the Annual Hamfest being hosted in Texas City, Texas at the Doyle Convention Center from 8am to 2pm on Saturday July 13, 2024.

 Please find attached to this email the Hamfest Registration Form for General Admission along with Table Reservations.

11:00am - Left Foot CW Contest- warm it up and get in it!! Prizes will be awarded

1:00pm - Final Drawings for hourly prizes, Grand Prize 

2:00pm Closing Activities

Individual and Club Swap tables for Trading, Buying and Selling of New/Used Radio Equipment

CLARC will be hosting Amateur Radio Exam Sessions for all levels of Licensing 

The Houston Vintage Radio Association will be back again this year with their Auction, they have a small admission fee but it is well worth it. If you have anything you wish to auction off, bring it along.

There will be Drawings 1/2 hourly for many great items to fill your shack and a Grand Prize Drawing!
