[OFARC] Winter Field Day - Jan 27/28 2024

Further to our conversation at last Tuesday's Net, I'm pleased to say that
our friends at the BVARC Club are very happy to let OFARC members operate
on the BVARC stations during Winter Field Day down in Sugarland.

Anthony Morones is the primary point of contact for BVARC's Field Day
