Why:

1. PEOPLE NEED TO FOLLOW NET CONTROL INSTRUCTIONS.
2. NC's need to give EL a minute to check in. But I say give the EL people a minute to check in, and some do jump in anyway.
3. People, in an emergency situation, hams in need may have power, rigs, or antennae for one EMERGENCY call. Make sure you are clear before keying Mike.

I don't know if it was due to a problem with the echolink host, or if it was just because of all the trigger happy folks on the net tonight

I heard the entire session.. I tried and tried to checkin, but it was like no one heard me, or simply weren't patient enough to give me a chance to transmit.

I told you guys about this Saturday at breakfast, but no one seemed to listen, or care.
