I recently received this “scoring” from this individual.  I did not have plans to respond.

The Amateur Radio Inclusivity Pledge (ARIP) is a newly formed organization that is scoring amateur radio entities based on their visible commitment to diversity and inclusion in the hobby and service.

 

More information about our organization, scoring criteria, previously scored organizations, and reports of our findings are available at https://amateurradioinclusivitypledge.org.

 

 For a brief overview, our scoring is based on whether your organization does, or has in place, the items listed on our scoring form, and makes these items very easy for the public to find. Generally this is via your organization’s website, but may also be via regularly scheduled podcasts, video channels, print magazines, over the air bulletins, etc.

 

For your organization we were not able to locate any indication that any of the listed items are in place, which would default to your organization having a failing score in our ratings. We realize that in some cases we may have simply overlooked the information, and in some cases organizations have these policies in place, but they are just not published on their website.

 

If you have any of the items listed on our form below in place, that we overlooked, or if there is anything you would like to update on your website etc. to make your commitment more visible, please let us know so that we can update our records/scoring before we publish our next report at the end of July.

 

The simplest improvements to make are to either add your own statement of diversity and inclusion to your website, or add a visible link to ours. If you need help writing a statement for your website, or to add to your club's bylaws, please let us know, as we would be thrilled to help you with this!
