All, I was not on the net but got reports that the everyone is too fast on
the trigger on the net. Everyone needs to slow down and take a deep breath
between calls so that people can break in.

The repeater must drop completely, meaning you must hear the courtesy tone
and squelch tail must completely end otherwise the node will not reset and
echolink will time out.

The Echolink connection is set at 1 minute which is for both directions.
This means that is someone is coming in on either the Echolink or RF side,
you can only talk for 1 minute, otherwise Echolink will time out.

It takes a slow count to 5 after the squelch tail drops for a normal
conversation so someone can break in. For someone trying to access Echolink
from a cell phone, depending on how busy the port is, it can take up to 10
seconds for to route and connect to the repeater.

So the simple solution is to start inserting a wait pause into the net.
Start thinking "Squelch tail drop, WAIT, 2, 3, 4, 5" Talk for no more than
1 minute.
