[OFARC] 10 meter band opening

All, nice band opening today on 10 meters.  The band is really hot for DX
right now.  For general and extra, check between 28.5-29.0 mHz which is also
very active.  Technicians reminder your voice privileges are between 28.3
and 28.5 so don't go out of band. 

 

The CQ worldwide SSB DX contest is on this weekend so good way to check
