Hey Dom,
Yes, the SWR was 1:1 for this test. The antenna was designed for 40m but tunes easily on 15m since they may be harmonically related frequencies.
BTW, the south propagation anomaly may be due to very low WSPR activity in Mexico and Central America. I looked at WSPR propagation reports from other stations, and there seems to be almost no activity in that geographical area. So my house may not be the cause for that observation.
I may still be seeing an effect from the adjacent townhome north of mine though.
