[OFARC] Using WSPR to locate flight MH380 crash site.

All: see this site showing use of WSPR (weak signal propagation reporter) to
plot the crash location of flight MH380.  Some naysayers on the method but
its an interesting approach apparently validated by some aircraft tests.
