Washington Ave, Houston, TX 77007

 

FOR TESTING YOU WILL NEED

FRN Number Form 605 (register online at FCC) Printed Out

$15 cash or check.  Photo ID.  Printed copy of previous lic or CSCE

Valid email address and phone number

$35 due within 10 days to FCC.  Separate from test fee. 

Be sure you are studying current question pool with valid dates.  

Technician tests are changing after 6-30-22

 

FIELD DAY

The Club is operating for the Annual field Day Event

This is an emergency preparedness and radio contest for Saturday and Sunday

All are welcome. You do not need a license to operate.

 

Brazos Bend State Park - 21901 FM 762 Needville TX 77461 Shelter 7 & 9

50 miles southwest of Houston

$7 to enter park.  Declare at entry if you are staying overnight. 4$/car
overnight

Total of 8 people can stay in shelter, + 2 tents per site, room for cots &
bedroll

No tables or beds in cabin.  No air conditioning. 

It will be hot.  Prepare accordingly.  Be self-contained.
