[OFARC] 2M simplex for POTA

If we do LaGrange, I think we should consider 2m FM simplex.  Let's let the techs have a chance.  Will Monument Hill elevation, something 146.52ish would work.  There is a local ham group W of LaG is doing things for the techs.  For them, 6 and 10m are in play.

I have an 80w Yeasu which shows 90 on a SWR meter.  Put a 1/2 l on the Wolf Creek tripod and ground cables would put out a great signal with limited issues to the state park.
