[OFARC] POTA park activation - 1st attempt

Colleagues,

It's such a beautiful day that I figured that I'd try to activate 
Stephen F Austin State Park today.  I should be there & setup in about 1 
1/2 hours so please keep an ear out for me on 20m, around 14.313, if 
you're on the air.

This is my first POTA activation try so we'll see how it goes. Will take 
the IC 7300 and the Wolf River Coils TIA 1000 antenna.
