[OFARC] Oak Forest ARC Calendar

All, this is a calendar showing the weekly net schedule and meeting and test
dates for the club.  I have scheduled testing for March through July at
American Legion Park.  We will look at the locations after that.  Testing is
to be scheduled at 12:00 Noon on the 4th Saturdays after the club meetings.
This works best for the proctors.    

The spreadsheet has 2021 annual and the individual months.  Only the annual
is populated.  I'll keep this updated as time goes on.
