[OFARC] net tonight on 145.17 8pm

I will be net control tonight KG5OIR
First announcements will be on 145.17 and if we have problems
   we can if needed move to 147.000 but please listen in on 145.17 first

This is our standard procedure to try our home repeater first.
I will add 30mim 20min 15 min announcements
feel free for quieting checks anyone can assist
