THE NEED:

All, I would like to get some VE proctors for an upcoming Technician test
session for the Texas State Guard that I have been working on for nearly a
year now.

There also might be a few that will try for their general. I am expecting
somewhere around 15 +/- students at this session. This represents folks
from several guard units from around the state. For those in ARES, Hospital
Net, Red Cross, etc., this might be a good opportunity to promote some
activity

LOCATION AND TIME:

The test session will be at the S.H.A.P.E Community Center, 3903 Almeda Rd,
Houston, TX 77004 @ 10am, Saturday, 30 January 2021. This is just south of
downtown. A map is provided for your reference. I'm expecting that this
should be done about noon or so. If you could be there say 15 minutes or so
early that would be appreciated.

STATUS:

I have not been at this facility and I am assuming it will be laid out
appropriately for testing. I should have everything set up as I usually do
beforehand. So far I've got Rick Giuffre and me. I would like to have 2
or 3 more proctors to watch the watch the students and handle paperwork. If
you need a session to keep your VE credentials, this would be a good
opportunity.

If you can participate please let me know. Thanks.
