Hey Rusty,

This is apparently a headphone mini-tube amplifier.  Per the review 
below, you're meant to rubber band it to your android phone, plug in the 
provided jumper cable, and output it to your headphones or external 
speakers.  At $100 it's a bit pricey for me; however, it seems like a 
pretty cool gadget/toy if Hi-Fi is your cup of tea.  Actually, this 
gizmo may be better described as "Chi-Fi" :)
