[OFARC] Convenient callsign lookup

This is a good callsign lookup that links with the FCC online database and
avoids having to deal with registrations on QRZ and other sites.  Also
includes Lat Lon which is convenient.  Expand dropdown for detail. 

If you have a callsign lookup link in your software like in FLdigi, you can
insert this URL to have a custom lookup.
