[OFARC] Reopening of Transtar for OFARC club meetings

Ok folks, looks like we can start scheduling club meetings and testing at
Transtar (TS) beginning in May subject to the following:

 

Limit to 29 people per room

Temperature check

Masks required

No special provision for vaccinated attendees

Use of video equip and wifi as usual

Not sure of the radio room use but I assume it must follow the TS protocol. 

 

Must be accompanied by badged TS volunteer.  

No option for club members to be badged specifically for this but I'm still
looking into what we would need to do to become TS authorized. 

 

I'll get with TS to see what the open dates are.  At the April online
meeting we should discuss some options:

Continue current livestream meeting online and only reserve Transtar for
specific occasions as needed.

Resume regular meetings at Transtar until December with livestream

Alternate months with livestream

Change of schedule to weeknight

 

If we are not going to get at least 10 people or so at the meeting, its
probably not worth bothering with give the travel time, coordination and
demands of the TS volunteers.
